Your time is very valuable and we want to provide you with the best experience at Creative Body Piercing.
We do require you to read the F.A.Q.s before scheduling your appointment.

Once you have scheduled your appointment, save time and fill out your release form here,

Due to state law requirements, we will not be able to pierce you without a proper ID at Creative Body Piercing and Fine Jewelry. For customers 18 and up, a state-issued ID, Passport, or tribal card is acceptable identification. For clients UNDER the age of 18, you will need to bring a parent ID, child's matching birth certificate or state-issued ID for them. You will also need any documentation of name changes, etc., and any paperwork about legal guardianship in adoption cases.

Please be aware, the $45 piercing fee does not include the price of the jewelry.

Jewelry starts at $40 and the sky is the limit on jewelry. We have a huge selection of quality jewelry to accommodate nearly every budget.

*Please note, if you want to get pierced as a group and your party is TWO people or less, only one appointment is necessary. If your party is larger than two people, please call to get your group booked. Also, if you want more than one piercing, please only book one spot.
